My body was ready to go this morning even though my brain said, “You don’t have to workout today”–I ignored my brain and pumped out three cardio workouts for a total of a 50 minute workout. I have no clue what came over me, but damn it–aw heck, I’ll let James Brown speak for me…

Mid-morning – fruit smoothie w/spinach
Lunch-big salad
Midday-Chocolate square
Dinner – I don’t know yet
Snack-Orange and/or Banana
Late night-glass of red wine
